·          Redemption offer starts 01/02/11 until 31/08/2011 or while stocks last (promotional period).  All redemption claims must be received by Bosch by last mail, 30/09/11.

·          Redemption offer open to residents of Australia over 18 years who are end users of the products the subject of this redemption offer.  Claimants must purchase an eligible Bosch Hot Water Unit at any Elgas store or Elgas retail partner. Please see www.elgas.com.au/resources/locations for locations. Offer is only valid on LPG units only. Purchases must be completed in full during the promotional period.

·          Redemption offer is limited to the first 376 valid claims received by Bosch by last mail 30/09/2011.  Any unsuccessful claimants will be notified by mail.

·          Please allow at least 6 weeks from receipt of claim for processing and (subject to eligibility and availability) delivery of the bonus.  Bonus will only be delivered to addresses in Australia.

·          All claims are subject to verification by Bosch.  Claimants must provide their original receipt to verify their claim.  Any claims that are incomplete, illegible or incorrect or received after 30/09/11 will not be accepted. Bosch accepts no responsibility for any claims that are lost, late, misdirected or not received by last mail, 30/09/2011.  Claims are not transferable.

·          Offer limited to one bonus per Bosch hot water unit purchase.

·          RRP refers to Bosch’s RRP for bonus items which are correct at time of printing.

·          All postage costs associated with submitting a claim (but not delivery costs to receive bonus) are the responsibility of each claimant.  Bosch and its agents associated with this offer take no responsibility for any bonus that are damaged or lost in transit.

·          Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless specified otherwise.

·          Bosch reserves the right to vary, modify or cancel this offer at any time.

Bosch and its agencies are not liable for any loss or damage (including consequential loss) whatsoever which is suffered in connection with this redemption offer or any bonus products distributed, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
