Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of all Conditions of Entry. 2. The Promotion commences on Monday 2 August 2010 and concludes 5.00pm (AEST) Friday 24 September 2010 (Promotional Period). 3. Entry is open to all licensed Plumbers resident in Australia who purchase an eligible Bosch hot water unit listed in clause 9 below from a stockist and submit a valid entry form within the Promotional Period in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. The Plumbers’ License Number must be provided upon entry. If the entrant is under 18 years of age, permission to enter must first be sought from that person’s parent or guardian. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and associated agencies, plumbing suppliers, retailers or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. 4. To be eligible to enter, entrants must purchase (in full and in cleared funds) an eligible Bosch hot water unit (excluding Bosch spare parts and accessories) listed in clause 9 below, complete the entry form and enter the draw via one of the following methods: SMS, fax, email or mail, during the Promotional Period. The maximum cost of each SMS entry will not exceed 55 cents (incl GST). Only one entry is permitted per qualifying purchase. 5. The weekly prize draw for each state/area (Victoria, New South Wales/ACT, Tasmania, Queensland, Western Australia & South Australia/NT) (each, a Territory) will occur every Monday at 9:00AM (AEST) during the Promotional Period (9 August 2010, 16 August 2010, 23 August 2010, 30 August 2010, 6 September 2010, 13 September 2010, 20 September 2010 and 27 September 2010). A major prize draw for each Territory will occur on Monday at 9:30AM (AEST) on 27 September 2010. Each draw will take place at 1555 Centre Road, Clayton Victoria 3168. The total prize pool per state/area is $19,694.00 which is correct at the time of printing. 6. There will be one winner and one runner up drawn in each weekly prize draw in each Territory each week during the Promotional Period. There will be one winner drawn for the major prize draw in each Territory. 7. Each weekly prize draw for each Territory will be conducted from entries received by the Promoter during the preceding week (between 9.00am (AEST) Monday and 5.00pm (AEST) Friday). Any entries received after this period will be added to the following week’s draw for their relevant Territory.
