The year 2004 was noticeable for a large number of filings in the area of electronic system networking and driver assistance systems.
The Bosch Group once more raised spending for research and development to an above industry level of almost 5 Billion AUD in the past year.
Of the total Bosch workforce of 242,500, more than 22,000 are active in R & D.
